The Artist Collective is a monthly membership space where alcohol ink and mixed media artists can join together as a community to elevate their artistic growth, and embrace self discovery, led by artist Alexis Bonavitacola.

The average monthly student enrollment was 85 students with over $2,000/mo. in total revenue. The Artist Collective was a "soft sell" monthly membership, pitched to her past e-course students (not entire list) as a way to continue learning and stay connected, with a 35% enrollment conversion rate.

““Janessa was beyond instrumental when it came time for me to think about my monthly membership site. She shared her experience and expertise with how the monthly membership could work and together we discussed ways to go about creating my monthly membership for alumni art students.

From start to finish, she helped me setup the backend of Thinkific and my curriculum on Thinkific, designed a beautiful sales page on my website, created downloadable PDFs of membership materials, promotional graphics, setting up tagging students in Convertkit, and steering us toward hosting the social aspect of our membership community on Mighty Network, a move away from Facebook, which she provided outstanding leadership through detailed instructions and videos for my students.

Her experience as a Brand Experience Strategist really came into play while consulting with me on what to offer my students, how to price my monthly membership, how communication could work between myself and my students, and she helped to support my students throughout the learning environment, answering their questions as well.

Together, we created a three-month membership that I was very proud of.
